| Netspotz(tm), in conjunction with Syntropy Properties, Inc.
will build a small custom website for your company. Here are the rules: |
||
|
|
|
| 1.) | The website will be a 1-2 page static website. The 2nd page will be a "Contact Page" where your customers can fill out a form and contact you. It will send you a formatted e-mail. On some of those at the right, you will find some "Pop-Up" pages have been added, but we just gave them these; the site is STILL just a 2-page site. | |
| 2.) | All design work and programming will be FREE. | |
| 3.) | We will include FREE custom graphics (artwork) like logos, etc. | |
| 4.) | You choose your own colors. | |
| 5.) | All websites will be hosted on our servers. | |
| 6.) | If you already have a domain, then we can use your domain if you transfer the DNS to our servers. No charge for this. | |
| 7.) | If you don't have a domain (e.g. YourCompany.com) then get in touch with us and we will be happy to register your domain for you at your expense—and remember, domain names are pretty inexpensive, downright cheap! This domain name will be your property. | |
| 8.) | If you don't want a domain name, then we can put you at a web address like, "www.netspotz.com/yourcompany" where you will be listed. | |
| 9.) | We DO CHARGE for hosting fees, which are $25 per month. We only bill once a year, so we will expect those in advance. ($300) The hosting fees also include small changes to your website at no charge and up to 3 e-mail POP accounts at no charge to you if you have a domain name. The hosting fees also include the regular maintenance of your site. | |
| 10.) | We don't accept any sites that aren't rated "G" so any adult sites are definitely out. We are a Christian organization and just won't do that. | |
| 11.) | You must furnish all photos—in digital format. You can send them to us as attachments. | |
| 12.) | We will begin your website once we get your money and instructions. You can even send us 50% as a down payment if you like. You can mail a money order (payable to Syntropy Properties, Inc.) or cashier's check or even a company or personal check (we will wait 2 weeks for a check to clear—but we will get started on the basic layout anyway). | |
| 13.) | We will also list your website on Netspotz(tm). Just give us the proper categories. | |
| 14.) | WE WILL DO WORK AS GOOD AS ON ANY OF OUR SITES! YOU'LL LOVE IT! | |
| 15.) | We usually work quite fast, so we will have your website up and running within probably 2 working days. | |

We think that a great percentage of you will like your website from us so much AND enjoy the great service that we give you, that in many cases (hopefully) you will either ask us to expand your website - OR - you will recommend us to your friends so that we can serve them. Simple as that. It's a good promotion for us. HOWEVER, even if you don't choose to expand, we are happy to have served you, for one thing, we will use your new website to advertise how good we can make companies look!!! So we benefit either way. Join the team!
We do have to charge for HOSTING (physical storage of your website on a server connected to the internet) the website, but then hosting on a server is an expense to us. We have to pay for this. Sort of like postage. But we charge all of our customers the same rate for hosting "static" websites, so you are paying the same as everybody else.
No matter what, once we build your website for you, it is yours to keep. Should you (after a year) still like its looks and the great service we have offered you, you can just leave it up. We will, of course, bill you for the second year's hosting fees. It's a simple matter that we charge ALL of our customers once a year. We won't charge you any additional charges for your website (unless we get lucky and you WISH TO ADD to your website with more pages!!!); we will just charge you once a year for hosting fees.
